We collect data from the deposit form, which details your payments from the carriers, along with supporting documents like Electronic Fund Transfers, Checks, or Virtual Credit Cards.

The payment information is then verified with the EOB, and the payments will be posted to the respective claims as per the EOB. If there is a mismatch, we will notify the practice users.

Once the payment is posted, practice is notified about the status of the deposit. We will also send a confirmation email with a summary that ensures all the transactional records are consistent and up-to-date.
